Terms of Service

Rankfastt analyzes a website, checks whether AI answer engines cite it, and drafts fixes and content to help it get cited. Some plans run these checks and drafts on a schedule. We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we cannot promise any specific ranking, citation, or traffic result. Search engines and AI engines decide what they show, and those systems change.

You need an account to use most of Rankfastt. Keep your login secure and do not share it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at rankfastt@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.

You agree to analyze only sites you own or have permission to work on. When you use Rankfastt, you also agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights with the service or its output.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the product to build a competing one.
• Overload or probe our systems, or get around usage limits and security.
• Feed us content you have no right to submit, or use output to deceive readers or search engines.

If you break these rules, we can suspend or close your account to protect the service and other users.

Rankfastt drafts content and code with AI. Treat that output as a starting draft, not finished, verified work. You decide what to publish, and you are responsible for checking it for accuracy, originality, and fit before it goes live. We do not warrant that generated text is free of errors or that it is unique to you.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payments processor, Dodo Payments. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may include tax depending on where you are. Here is how billing works:

• A subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel.
• If a plan includes a free trial, we tell you when it ends and when the first charge lands.
• You can cancel from your account settings, and access continues to the end of the paid period.
• We can change prices with notice; a change takes effect on your next renewal, never mid-period.

If Rankfastt is not working for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will look at a refund case by case. We would rather fix the problem or give your money back than keep a customer who is unhappy.

You keep ownership of the sites you analyze and the content Rankfastt drafts for you. You grant us the limited permission needed to read your site, run the analysis, and produce your results. We keep ownership of Rankfastt itself, from its software and models to its prompts and design. Nothing here transfers those to you.

Rankfastt connects to services such as Google Search Console and queries AI engines to do its work. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their behavior or availability. If one of them changes or goes down, part of Rankfastt may change or pause with it.

We give you Rankfastt as it is and as it is available. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rankfastt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, traffic, or rankings. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.

You can stop using Rankfastt and close your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the service at risk. When the agreement ends, your right to use the product ends, and we handle your data as described in the privacy policy.

We may update these terms as the product grows. When we do, we change the date at the top, and for a material change we email account holders first. If you keep using Rankfastt after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
